Ripple Effect has an immediate opening for a top-notch Executive Assistant to perform a wide range of duties including but not limited to task management, staff communication, scheduling, reception, event/training coordination, Officer support, and managing the HQ office. This position is extremely visible within the organization and works directly with a mix of high-profile external stakeholders as well as Ripple Effect's leadership team. The ideal candidate will need to be a skilled juggler of multiple projects, thrive in a fast-paced environment, be an excellent communicator (written and oral), and have strong interpersonal skills. Position Overview


Ripple Effect Communications is a government contractor providing professional consulting services in the areas of: Communications & Outreach; Program Management & Policy; and Research & Evaluation. For this position, we are accepting applications to support a number of government clients including the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Job Description

The Executive Assistant is an extension of the CEO and COO. The purpose of this role is to make the Officers better, faster, stronger, and more effective leaders by creating capacity for them to focus on the most important things. As an Executive Assistant, you will aid with task management, company communication, participate and take notes in select external and internal meetings, conduct research, lead new initiatives, manage the office, and manage schedules. You will be privy to the most sensitive company information that others on the team may not be aware of. The right individual for this job is highly ambitious in his/her pursuit of growth and achieving excellence. Overall, the Executive Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and administration of the Ripple Effect HQ office.
