Ripple Effect works with federal, private, and non-profit clients to support some of the most crucial policies and programs that shape our nation. We provide professional consulting services in the areas of: Communications & Outreach; Program Management & Policy; and Research & Evaluation. The Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program (CDMRP) within the Department of Defense funds biomedical research in response to the expressed needs of its stakeholders – Congress, the American public and the military. CDMRP requires senior and junior level Program Evaluators who can provide scientific rigor for their program evaluation and coding needs. Position Description

The Program Evaluator will be responsible for identifying, developing, leading, and conducting program evaluation efforts at CDMRP. They will analyze data, prepare reports, and brief leadership on outcomes of these studies. These projects may involve evaluation of research program outcomes and effectiveness, as well as evaluation of CDMRP-wide processes. The Program Evaluator may also review the overall assignment of research portfolio codes and update coding guidelines to ensure consistency across varying research portfolios.

Ripple Effect is looking for someone who is comfortable contributing to high-level functioning within a government agency. The position will require you to interact professionally with government clients and think on your feet while mastering new tasks quickly and independently.
